I really want to share this, if your Dr. isn’t listening to you with medical concerns never stop pushing the issues find a new one or get a second opinion, you know your body you know how you are feeling. Don’t stop asking questions. I’ve had the worst experience in healthcare in the past 2 years. I’ve been treated like a number and just taken for a ride on copays and labs they didnt pay any attention to. I have to give a huge shoutout to Diana Diamond Gabaldon Nars Aesthetics LLCfor helping me and guiding me to getting the right treatment. She was 1st my med spa go to as I shopped around then we became friends ♥️ her care and love for what she does is amazing she is very thorough on all her services. I was iron deficient for a year and a half to twoyears and not one person helped. I was never told. I went to her for hormone treatment and she and her provider caught it. I literally felt like i was so depressed and losing my mind and had some serious medcal problems. All I could think was age. I forced myself daily to do life. No I just needed someone who cares about the career and oth they took when deciding to be in the medical field. Long story short. I received an iron infusion Thursday and I feel amazing. Thank you ♥️ my friend. My hormones are also under control now 🤣 to. Friends and Family take your vitamins and check your health 🫶🏼

I am newer to town, and finding a knowledgeable, VERY good, and not ridiculously over priced Botox person is SUPER scary & intimidating. I tried one place and they dropped my sisters eyebrows, she looked angry/tired for a month!! So I was super nervous finding a person I could trust with my face (coming from LA, where I had all my beauty people for years). Diana @NARS was highly recommended, and so I went with my fingers crossed. I was intimidated at first because the salon was gorgeous…and I thought “uhoh, this is going to cost a lot!” I am writing this review because I had the BEST experience. Least important, the cost was super fair and not over priced at all, thank goodness! Diana, is a Dr. I immediately was educated (and I thought I knew what there was to know), and I knew she knew what she was doing. I was right! The staff are completely caring, helpful, and professional. I am beyond thrilled with her (Diana’s) work! So much so, for the first time I immediately booked an appointment to finally do my lips (I’ve been so scared). I’m older and all of a sudden my normally beautiful lips had thinned out. I was scared about if it would hurt & they made sure I was fully numb, and used tiny needles. Diana is an artist & OMG! My lips look like they did 10 years ago!!! I feel like I’m giving away the best kept secret, but if you are looking for any facial treatment, I couldn’t recommend them enough! What a delight and a gift. Diana and Tiffany are amazing and have gained my trust and gratitude! From the new girl in town, thank you!!

I was dealing with HORRIBLE acne & rosacea, and needed to take action, so I scheduled a laser appointment. My results were far beyond my expectations to say the least! My skin is cured; they are doing magic in there! A big thanks to Diana (a true professional) for my laser treatment. Also, the esthetician, Tiffany for maintaining my skin with the facials! The whole process was seamless and straight to the point. I finally feel like myself again (:

I got my wax done my Tiffany and she did an amazing job! It was my first time and she made sure I felt comfortable. She cheered me on and gave great advice for the aftercare.
